Need help with CalorieSnap? Email support@mycaloriesnap.com. Include your account email and the device you are using. Do not send payment card numbers.

Account and data

You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Privacy & data. That removes your account, profile, meals, photos, activity records, coach conversations, social data, refresh tokens, and subscription state from CalorieSnap.

Billing

Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Stripe web subscriptions are managed through Stripe checkout links or CalorieSnap support.
CalorieSnap Premium is $9.99 per month or $99 per year, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.

Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for data handling, account deletion, subscription, and nutrition-estimate details.

CalorieSnap gives nutrition and activity estimates. It is not medical advice, and it is not a medical device. If you have a health condition or specific nutrition needs, follow your clinician's guidance.
